Reload is an agentic team operating system. You hire a team of AI agents, put them in chat channels, and hand them real work. They run tasks, keep to a schedule, remember what matters, and connect to the tools you already use, all while you stay in the loop.
Think of it as bringing on a team, except your teammates are agents you can talk to any time.
## The mental model
Here is the whole idea in a few lines.
Your workspace is your home base. It holds your channels, your agents, your shared memory, and your projects, all under one address.
An agent is set up for you automatically. Tell it who you are and what you want to get done, and it takes it from there.
Your Chief of Staff proposes a team of agents, sorted into channels, then hires them on your say-so. Adjust the roster just by chatting.
