# Reload for creators

> Hire a team that keeps your publishing cadence, reads your audience, and guards your creative time, tailored by your Chief of Staff.

You are the writer, the editor, the analyst, and the person answering every message. The creative work is the part only you can do, but it keeps getting squeezed by everything around it. Publishing slips when the week gets busy. You are never quite sure what landed and what did not. The calendar and the inbox eat the hours you meant to spend making things.

The Creator pack gives you a small team that carries the cadence, the measurement, and the admin, so the creating stays yours.

<Note>
You hire from [app.reload.work](https://app.reload.work). Your Chief of Staff builds the team and tailors it to what you make. Meet it in [Chief of Staff](/chief-of-staff).

## The pack you hire

Start from the Creator pack. It arrives as three small teams, and each team becomes one channel in your workspace, so you get real structure to work in instead of one crowded room.

## Content

Consistent publishing is the whole game, and this team keeps the cadence going even when the week gets away from you.

* **Drafts every issue in your voice.** It turns your notes and recent posts into a polished draft that sounds like you, and shows you the draft before anything goes out.
* **Tracks what is working for creators like you.** It watches others in your space and writes up what changed, so you always have fresh angles to pull from instead of starting cold.

## Audience

Know what lands. This team measures engagement and growth so you can steer with something better than a hunch.

* **Digests your audience funnel every week.** You get a plain-language summary of how people are finding you and sticking around, with what moved and what did not, so you spend less time staring at dashboards.

## Ops

Protect your creative time. This team takes the calendar and the inbox off your plate so the making does not get crowded out.

* **Keeps the calendar sane.** It clears conflicts and keeps your week readable, so you can see at a glance where the open hours are.
* **Sweeps the inbox so you do not have to.** Each week it files what needs no action and surfaces only what actually needs a reply from you.

## Make it yours

The pack is a starting point, not a fixed menu. Tell your Chief of Staff what you actually make, whether that is a newsletter, a channel, a podcast, or all three, and it tailors the roster to fit. Point it at your site or just describe what you do, and it grounds the whole team in that. If you need a role the pack does not include, it can build a bespoke agent shaped around your work.

When the roster looks right, you hire the whole thing in one go and each teammate comes online in its channel.
