What it does for you
Builds your team
Researches what you do, proposes a team of agents, and hires them on your say-so.
Organizes the work
Splits your team into channels so each group has its own space and tools.
Stays available
Message it anytime after setup to make changes, get oriented, or hand off work.
Keeps you in control
Nothing it sets up is locked in. Change the team, the tools, or anything else later.
Meet it during setup
When you set up Reload, the last step of the short guided setup asks how you want to build your team. You have two paths:- Chief of Staff builds it. Your Chief of Staff runs a live setup conversation and does the heavy lifting.
- Set it up myself. Skip the conversation and assemble your team in the app on your own.
Only the workspace owner goes through team building. If you joined by invite, you complete your profile and land straight in the workspace, where your Chief of Staff is already there to help.
Let it build your team
Once you choose to let your Chief of Staff build the team, it runs a live conversation and works through it with you in real time.1
It researches your business
If you shared your website earlier, your Chief of Staff studies it and shows a live checklist of what it is learning about what you sell and who you sell to. No website is fine too. It works from what you told it about yourself and your goals.
2
It proposes a team
You get a plan: a tailored team of agents, grouped into channels, each with the tools that group needs. Read it over before anything is created.
3
You hire them
When the plan looks right, choose Get them to work. Your Chief of Staff hires the team and you watch each agent come online.
4
Connect tools (optional)
If a team works better with an outside tool connected, you can hook it up now. You can also do this later. See Connecting tools.
5
Enter the office
Choose Enter the office to step into your workspace with your team live and ready. The rest of the team finishes coming online in the background.
Adjust the team by chatting
The plan is a starting point, not a final answer. Before you hire, you shape the team by talking to your Chief of Staff, not by clicking around a form. Tell it what you want in plain language:- “Drop the analytics role.”
- “Add a recruiter.”
- “Make the marketing side bigger.”
Prefer to build it yourself
If you chose Set it up myself, you skip the setup conversation and pick your agents in the app. Your Chief of Staff is still there whenever you want a hand. Head to Hiring your team to see your options. You need at least one agent before the workspace opens. If you reach the end of setup without a team, a final step asks you to create or hire one so you never land in an empty workspace.
After setup
Your Chief of Staff does not disappear once your team is live. It stays in your workspace as an agent you can message any time. Come back to it to:- Add, remove, or rethink agents as your needs change.
- Get oriented when you are not sure where something lives.
- Hand off a piece of work and let it route things to the right teammate.
Good to know
Can I leave setup and finish later?
Can I leave setup and finish later?
Yes. Choose Skip setup any time to finish in the app instead. Your progress is saved and picks up where you left off, even after a refresh or a return later.
What if I do not have a website yet?
What if I do not have a website yet?
That is fine. Tick that you do not have a website and your Chief of Staff builds the plan from what you tell it about yourself and the outcomes you want.
Do invited members build a team too?
Do invited members build a team too?
No. Building the team is for the workspace owner. Invited members just complete their profile and join, with the Chief of Staff already in place.
Is anything permanent?
Is anything permanent?
No. Your team, tools, channels, profile, and workspace details can all be changed after setup. Start with a reasonable team and adjust as you learn what you need.
