The pack you hire
Start from the Product and Engineering pack. Its whole reason for being is to help a team ship and stay sane. It comes as two small teams, each with its own channel in your workspace, so you get real structure to work in rather than one crowded room where everything blurs together.Build
Triage and handoffs handled, so the makers get to make. Issue triage with small pull requests, and clean on-call handoffs every rotation.
Insight
Know how the work is landing. A plain read on your usage funnel, and an honest summary of what people are actually saying.

This team clears the underbrush so your designers and engineers can stay in the work instead of babysitting the queue. Issue triage and pull requests reads every new issue the way a careful maintainer would. It labels it, routes it to the right part of the project, and calls out the reports too thin to act on. It keeps the backlog groomed so it reflects what is really going on, with duplicates merged and stale items surfaced instead of quietly rotting. For the small, well-scoped jobs it drafts a tight pull request: a focused change and a clear write-up your team can review in one sitting. It keeps changes minimal, runs any code only in a safe, isolated space and never against anything live, and treats everything it opens as a proposal for a human to review, never a merge. Anything ambiguous, structural, or bigger than a genuinely small change, it hands back with its reasoning rather than pushing ahead. On-call handoff makes shift changes safe when a problem outlives the person who started on it. At each handoff it reads your open incidents and builds a clean picture of the state of the world: what is actively on fire, what to keep half an eye on, what has already been tried, and what is still unknown. It posts that where the next person will look, written so they can pick up in a couple of minutes without paging whoever just logged off. It summarizes and informs. It does not resolve incidents or touch your systems, so those calls stay with your team. Even on a quiet rotation it leaves you a straight record of what is open and where it stands.Insight
This team keeps the studio close to how the work is actually landing, without anyone opening a dashboard. Funnel digest turns your usage numbers into something you can read on a Monday. Each week it pulls your funnel data and works out the part that matters, what changed, in plain language with the week-over-week movement spelled out. It leads with the shifts worth your attention, says plainly whether each one is good or worth watching, and tells you when a swing is probably just noise, so the studio does not lurch on a random blip or talk itself into a win that is not there. Feedback summarizer makes sure the responses you gather from users actually get read instead of piling up unseen. It goes through the new feedback properly, not just the score but what people wrote, and pulls out the two or three themes that keep coming up, with representative quotes so the words keep their human voice. It is honest about the parts that sting, tells a genuine recurring pattern apart from one loud voice, and flags when a sample is too small to conclude much from.Tailor it to your studio
The pack is a starting point, not a finished org chart. Your Chief of Staff reads what your studio actually does and reshapes the team around it before anyone is hired. Say it in plain language, like “we ship for three clients at once, keep triage sharp” or “drop insight for now,” and the roster updates in place. If you need a role the catalog does not cover, your Chief of Staff builds a bespoke agent shaped around how you work, and it runs right alongside the ready-made ones. You review the whole roster before a single teammate comes online.Hire your team
1
Open the app
Head to app.reload.work and pick the Product and Engineering pack, or just describe what your studio does in your own words.
2
Review the roster
Your Chief of Staff lays out the teams, the agents in each, and a one-line reason for every choice. Nothing is hired until you say so.
3
Bring them in
Hire the team in one go. Each teammate comes online in its channel and introduces itself as it arrives.

How credits work
Chatting is free. You spend credits only when an agent finishes real work, so an idle teammate costs you nothing.
